Como Human Wellbeing Researcher, formarás parte de Beauty and Evil Company para investigar la relación entre la tecnología, la inteligencia artificial y la salud mental de nuestros usuarios. Tu misión será explorar el comportamiento humano, identificar riesgos psicológicos y descubrir cómo podemos construir experiencias digitales más conscientes de las emociones, necesidades y vulnerabilidades de las personas.

Queremos investigar más allá de lo evidente. Desde los pequeños detalles de una interacción hasta las consecuencias que nuestros productos podrían tener en la vida cotidiana. No buscamos únicamente que nuestra tecnología funcione. Queremos comprender qué sucede con las personas cuando la utilizan.

Cómo trabajamos

Este es un puesto 100% remoto dentro de Beauty and Evil Company.

Trabajamos con autonomía, sin horarios rígidos ni micromanagement, con libertad para organizar la investigación y concentrarnos en una misión clara: comprender a las personas para construir mejor tecnología.

Compensación

$50,000 MXN mensuales.

Requerimientos

Buscamos a alguien con una licenciatura en Psicología o Neurociencia y experiencia en investigación de interfaces digitales y experiencia de usuario (UX). Nos interesa que puedas conectar el comportamiento humano con la forma en que las personas utilizan la tecnología.

Proceso de selección

About this role

We design and build technology for humans. But we also believe that building products means understanding how they affect the people who use them.

As a Human Wellbeing Researcher, you will join Beauty and Evil Company to investigate the relationship between technology, artificial intelligence and our users’ mental health. Your mission will be to explore human behavior, identify psychological risks and discover how we can build digital experiences that are more mindful of people’s emotions, needs and vulnerabilities.

We want to look beyond the obvious. From the small details of an interaction to the consequences our products could have in everyday life. We are looking for more than technology that works. We want to understand what happens to people when they use it.

How we work

This is a fully remote role at Beauty and Evil Company.

We work autonomously, without rigid schedules or micromanagement, with the freedom to organize our research and focus on a clear mission: understanding people to build better technology.

Compensation

MXN $50,000 per month.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Neuroscience and experience researching digital interfaces and user experience (UX). We are interested in your ability to connect human behavior with the way people use technology.
